It looks as if my spam woes have been resolved!
A big thank you to everyone who fished me out and dragged me dripping from your spam folders this week, frequently clutching a pile of repeated comments. Dusted down and dried out, you kindly unspammed my messages, and now 🤞 normal service has been resumed.
I’m not sure if those ‘Happiness Engineers’ had a hand in it. They didn’t say. But anyway, I’m happily back to making my usual round of visits, reading and commenting on your wonderful words 😊

Spam in a folder should be selective. But it wouldn’t be a spam folder without the spam! Glad the spam issue is corrected as you are much better than spam!

A word of warning if anyone falls into my spam folder they will be lost in the ether my spam folder gets bigger by the day(WP) was no help … I am getting upwards of 300/400 spam comments a day …sigh

WP didn’t seem to be bothered they just told me they didn’t do any harm but how can you go through that amount to take someone out of spam you can’t and if you let it build up it takes forever to delete the buggers…Pleased they sorted you though Chris…

Even a page at a time would take forever! I’m not sure it was WP that solved it, I rather think it was all the people who were able to find me and fish me out… 🎣

I am glad your spam problems have been resolved, Chris! I very rarely see spam in Eugi’s Causerie but when I had my second blog, Eugi’s Milieu, the amount of spam was ridiculous.

It’s weird isn’t it? I had a load of hair salons/products spamming me today. Thankfully I don’t get that many. (Probably shouldn’t have said that).

Glad to know you have escaped from Spam Land! We did have Spam every now and then as kids. If you fry it, it’s tolerable. (Right up there with lutefisk, if you were raised by Swedes😂)

I’ve read about lutefisk😝not for me thanks! I agree, fried spam isn’t too bad, although I’d also add plenty of HP Sauce (brown sauce) just to be on the safe side!
