The challenge for this week is all about fruit!

  1. Nice! … for something new, add a small dab of softened butter when mashing up the avocado. This is traditional (honesty), especially in parts of Oaxaca and Puebla. It’s called guacamole estilo Oaxaca. Usually a tablespoon for 2 avocados. *thumbs up*

  2. Oh, you’re making my mouth water! You’ve made it even more lovely with a beautiful poem. As summer here becomes more prevalent, you might need to think warm thoughts while enjoying your taco, even in the midst of winter! 😉🤗💖
