The red-headed writer, aka the Raconteuse, had a spring in her step as she went down a couple of stairs and into the Six-Sentence-Café-&-Bistro; it was a lovely day and Tom had already made a whole load of bagels, while the Bartender was pouring a large cup of newly-brewed coffee.
‘No big bag today then?’ asked Mimi, while the Bartender lent over the bar, and said, ‘that’s very posh, going somewhere?’
‘I am indeed,’ said the Raconteuse as she smiled, ‘there’s a new gallery which has only just opened and it’s not far from here, in fact, I can even walk there; and you know, I might even buy something,’ and at that, she winked and walked out, leaving a nice tip on the bar.
She entered the new gallery, it was bright and light, and the colours danced around the room, she looked everywhere, pondering and lingering on several pieces, and then she was entranced with that particular item, she noticed the name ‘inSPIRAtion’, and it was familiar… she pulled out her phone… it is him!
She put her phone back into her pocket and walked to the desk; a little conversation, getting her card out and then seeing the little red dot, to show that it was sold; she would have it when the exhibition closed.
She held up her fist making a little punch in the air just outside, while she said quietly, ‘I’ve got a beautiful sculpture, it’s almost mine and even better I know who’s made it.’

Tom appears to be a great baker. I didn’t know Spira was a sculpture.

Tom is great in the kitchen, as long as there isn’t a fire (it happened ones). Meanwhile, it’s wonderful to find another angle in this place, so well done everyone, particularly Spira / Nick / the Gatekeeper.

I don’t blame her for wanting it! It is a fine work for sure.

How fun! It’s been an age since I’ve visited an art gallery and now you’re motivating me to look into some fall craft fairs. Not quite the same as an art gallery, but close! xxxxxx Hope you’re well, my friend!

Well yes, actually I’m more likely to look around a craft fair/market than an art gallery – or even in a nice mall where there will be an exhibition for a couple of weeks. There’s one open just now where my hubby has some interesting art showing… and it might even sell (fingers crossed). – All good here, hope you are too! xxxx

How lucky you are!
I’ve a piece of art made by a friend – it only sees the light of day when I know he’s about to visit me – say no more!

What everyone else has already said better… always enjoy spending time with the Raconteuse.
And, to be privileged to be accepted into the copy of such talented and imaginative people… the world (in which we spend part or much of our time) is limited only by our willingness to follow the magic (currently manifesting as the virtual world)
very good Sixifying

Fun Café Six, Chris. La Raconteuse’s timing couldn’t have been better. Bagels fresh out of the oven? Perfect timing and yes, Tom does bake the best.
An “inSPIRAtion” piece? Score!
(slowly but surely catching up 😇)
