That’s right, more coffee – and soon.
She bent down to pick up her bag;
she needed to write.
She looked over for a moment,
the view was divine – sea and sky,
but back to work.
Will she ever finish this great tome?

This image shows a table for two, set overlooking a picturesque scene. There are two teacups on the table, one of them is empty while the other is full of tea! In the background, you can see bright orange flowers, and far away mountains are visible too.

Coffee – the source of much inspiration!

Well, it seemed to be working at the time!
By the way, I have been very impressed with your Norwegian poems, Chris. I did try to write back on your site, but a couple of things disappeared in that naughty spam place.

Coffee, Chris, … always coffee for me to begin the day, … now, whether inspiration hits is another matter, … and will she finish the tome? …💙

Hmm, it’s just more coffee at the moment – I’m saying. But you, Penn… you’ll be writing a poem, I’m sure!😊

Haha, it’s true. My first cat (Tigger) would drink coffee when it was cooler and on the saucer!

Coffee is good, especially when it rhymes! 😊👍
I always start my day with coffee to wake up, then keep drinking tea throughout the day.😉😅☕🧉

I’m the same – coffee in the first hour (usually two), and tea (herbal tea) for the rest of the day! 😉😊

Yep, many of us will drink coffee and tea. For me I would struggle without coffee… but now I can buy from South Africa where it’s grown – what a bonus!

A great poem, Chris. I am a tea lady, but it fulfils the same role.

Tea will work just as well. A big smile as we do a poem, or two!

I think from day one (of when I started writing) I could have used help from anyone. I have so much stuff that is only semi orgainized. But I’m happy for the moment to put it on the back burner.
