Apart from that guy who’s from Ukraine (and how dreadful that place is now), I feel I really know everyone properly in WP and/or Facebook, and those people have written these wonderful books. I have enjoyed all of those!

Interesting! I have to say, my list would look some what different! Crime tops my list – I’m not sure what that says about me!!!

Gosh, there’s nothing wrong about crime novels. I have read many of those, but none this year!

Both of those were lovely. It was nice for me to be on last year’s Sunflower Tanka, and of course I’m in this years as well. It’s here on my desk. Also I have your ‘Burning Butterflies’ – I was reading half of it while getting my hair done. I shall read the rest when I get my hair done again, a couple of weeks later. Red, and redder, and shorter!

That’s lovely to know, Chris. Mt mom wore her hair red for years.

Aha, so that’s how I saw your post, Liz. And that’s how I bought the book about Oleg. I could only get it on Kindle, but the illustrations were still very beautiful. I was very happy!

Among those books I’ve read the Seasons Weaver, Endangered Species, and Sesi says goodbye to Granny and I loved them. However, I will soon read more books on your list.

Do have a little look and see if you like some of those, and if you use the Kindle they are not too expensive.

Love this! My year of reading was pretty much confined to the “vintage hardcover” books in our school library. But hey, it’s more than I did before becoming a librarian!😂

Nothing wrong with that, Debra. Your reviews were very interesting – some I knew very well back in the past! 📚
