young dragon
was living in a deep forest
he pottered around there
and life was so good
but a problem
then reared up
poor dragon
he hadn’t expected that
such a great tragedy
it was cold and wet
freezing, but what
could he do?
young dragon
fled and flew into a cave
it was dry and warm too
and he mostly dozed
but then he sniffed
is it spring?
dear dragon
then flew down, back to that forest
he skipped and jumped too
his dragon wings
were beautiful
life was good!
~~~
Nice.
He (She) might blow on the fire to keep warm! Still, it’s a beautiful, poetic scene from a legend — well done! 🥰👍🐉
I think he (I’m pretty sure he’s a he), he’s a little young to blow fire (just saying). 🐲
Still, glad that you enjoyed that, Aladin. 😊💖✨
This is great fun. It reminds me of Pete the magic Dragon
Oh yes, that sweet magical dragon called Pete. Fun indeed!
But just a little thought… it seems that spam has been keeping me from putting anything on #TankaTuesday. Both from you, Robbie, just yesterday and also the one before with Yvette.
Thanks, Robbie. Colleen did put me up in the Dragon thing in #TuesdayTanka last week (with Yvette). I wrote back just now, but it’s still stuck in spam on #TT.
Sorry.
