  1. A delightful scene indeed, Chris, as those treasures move. 🙂

Then, after another cliffhanger ending, your readers are in a “Rush” to find out what happens next. 🙂

(Nice to see the link to “Clockwork Angels” four days before Rush starts their first concert tour in 11 years, with a new drummer.)

  2. how could one pass by and not enjoy the table set before one… the stage is set and all one has to do is press a button and the story begins…. loved every detail… the square was where everything happened…. the wedding, the dance, the bouquet and the song… completely absorbed in the scene/story…. only to be interrupted…. sigh…

  3. Fascinating or frightening, this room?! Great scene, Chris. I especially enjoyed your description of the tableau, in particular “…. there was a small button to press, and so she did.” Of course, she did! There’s reason she’s known as la Raconteuse and curiosity is no small part, the woman is fearless!

    • Aww, thanks so much, Denise! We are not scared (yet). I think curiosity comes with the territory… onto the next scene, and ttm will be there with me in the Room 215 – anyone else, I’m wondering…

  4. We were lucky to visit a unique clock factory and see the largest automated clock go off! The docent set it especially so that everything that could was set in motion! Oh, maybe not the worlds largest, just the one in our state!
