Let’s paddle!

Let’s paddle by the river,
not too far though;
it’s rather wide and deep,
also a bit chilly,
at least I think so.

Fun, I’d say,
such a lovely day,
just me,
and my dog.

And a few hours later,
we’ll go home,
smiling.
