It’s October
such a wonderful time
pleasant and delightful
so glowing and blissful
dear October
we had been on the boat
looking at gorgeous trees
while drifting past quays
dear October
we will dock very soon
it had been just a week
and of course never bleak
dear October

In this image we see a boat in water. There are hills at the far shore and they are covered densely by trees wearing autumn foliage. the boat and the trees are reflected in the water.

It’s true isn’t it? October is such a lovely month, both in the northern and southern hemispheres.

Ah yes… we get a slight reprieve from the hest.. very slight. But it is appreciated.

There is so much joy in soaking up every bit of crisp autumn air while it lasts—I’m right there with byngnigel in wanting October to linger a little longer!

Gorgeous. If that picture doesn’t say “Autumn”, you must live south of the Equator!
