The light of experience illuminates
the wealth of knowledge expounds
but the real truth lies
behind the words
in the depths of the speaker’s soul.

Ah yes… clever words can hide the speaker’s true meaning.
We both seem to be visiting hidden depths at the moment, Chris.

What a moment! I feel like these words could be spoken of that lone sitting gentleman, but just as much from an observer in the vehicle, or a lone dweller behind a window. There is a shared perspective here, yet so very much alone…
Another splendid piece, my friend! xxxxxx

Cosy as a living room with two old pals visiting, chatting, spirits visible.

You’ve done justice to a very atmospheric picture, Chris. This reminds me of the medinas in cities like Fez and Rabat in Morocco. Places that come alive after dark.

We all think we have some depth… and yet there is so much yet to learn – if we were to just listen.
